EMT Hosts Innovation Sharing Event: "Small Ideas, Big Changes"
EMT recently held a vibrant and inspiring internal event titled "Small Ideas, Big Changes – My Innovation in the Workplace," focused on encouraging employee-driven innovation and practical improvements in day-to-day operations. The event brought together passionate team members from various departments to showcase their creative solutions and share real stories of transformation.
The event featured several engaging presentations, where employees demonstrated how small innovations in daily work—whether in production, quality control, logistics, or administration—have led to measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, and team collaboration.
One of the highlights was the award session, where the winning team proudly held the “No. 1” sign, symbolizing their outstanding contribution.
