Application of polyurethane cup pig
Due to the different manufacturing processes and technical requirements of pigs, there are many types of pigs on the market. Understanding the functions and principles of different pigs will help to make reasonable choices in actual engineering applications, thereby reducing the number of replacements and less trouble than expected.
Polyurethane cup pigs can be divided into two categories: rigid and soft: rigid polyurethane materials are mainly used for mechanical pig seals and have been widely used in pigs commonly used in the market. Soft polyurethane pipe pigging machines are mainly polyurethane foam soft pipe blowers. Due to their ability to deform and pull out, as well as excellent cleaning and abrasion resistance, they will become the main equipment for pipeline cleaning in the future.

Spherical hose: Because it has the special function of being able to pass through an elbow of a pipe diameter, it is also often used in pipeline cleaning operations. According to their functions, inspection pigs are divided into several types such as pipeline deformation detection, pipeline breakage detection, and leak detection; they are selected and applied according to different pipeline operations. After the pig is pressed into the pipeline, various pigging operations can be performed smoothly.
The polyurethane cup pig must chamfer the nozzle without the ball receiving and receiving device, and then weld two traction devices on the pipe wall. Use pigs to send and receive carts or removable lifting platforms to raise the bottom of the pig. At the same height as the nozzle, make the pig parallel to the pipe, and apply the lubricant evenly to the sealed part of the part where the head of the pig contacts the nozzle.
Place a pipe slightly larger than the pig at the end of the pig (with sufficient strength), and then use two sets of traction sheaves to connect the traction device welded to the pipe wall with the steel pipe. The filling block should be placed in the leather bowl and the skeleton, the steel pipe is directly pressed into the leather bowl, and then both ends of the pulley set are tightened at the same time, even if the pig is being pressed into the pipeline smoothly by the pig.
