In this project, we successfully fulfilled a bulk order of customized stainless steel chemical injection quills and valves for a leading oil & gas service company in the Middle East. These components were designed and manufactured specifically for high-pressure pipeline injection systems, where precision, durability, and corrosion resistance are critical.
The client required a full batch of intrusive chemical injection quills and high-pressure injection valves for routine chemical dosing, including corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, scale inhibitors, and biocides. To meet their strict technical specifications, we provided:

The first photo showcases the final assembly of 100+ chemical injection valves ready for final QC and export. The second image features precision-machined quill nozzles, cleaned and packed in trays for batch inspection.
