Foam Pigs are specialized cleaning tools renowned for their versatility in pipeline maintenance. Theirunique design boasts diagonal grooves onthe foam surface, making them particularly effective at dislodging and eliminating deposits ike scale or hardened sediments within pipelines.

The Foam pigs are made from medium-density foam, with its base coated in a polyurethane elastomer. Foam pigs is primarily used for drying pipelines and removing loose debris.

Foam pigs, made from high-density foam, are essential tools for pipeline maintenance. They come in various types, including bare foam pigs, brush foam pigs, polyurethane foam pigs, brush polyurethane foam pigs, and criss-cross foam pigs. These pigs adapt easily to different pipe shapes and sizes, even complex bends, ensuring thorough cleaning.

Mechanical pig includes metal body, disc and cleaning parts. The main material of the disc is artificial rubber. It plays a guiding and sealing role. The sweeping piece is made of stainless steel wire brush or artificial rubber blade. Several bypass holes are reserved at the top of the front of the pig to control the pig’s traveling speed in the pipeline.
