Open the Quick Opening Closure
(1) This series of operations requires professionally trained personnel to operate. First of all, the staff who have worked must carefully read the signs on the Quick Actuating Closures.
(2) If the operator uses inappropriate tools. This would cause irreparable damage to the safety chain system. Therefore, the operator must never use a hammer to open the blind.
(3) Then they need to unscrew the upper vent bolt by hand. At this time, if a sound can be heard or oil leaks out. Then this means that there is pressure in the cylinder. In this case the pressure in the cylinder must be vented. Note: The vent screw cannot be used as an internal pressure relief port.
(4) When the pressure in the cylinder is completely released. The operator then unscrews the hollow screw by hand.
(5) The safety plug and the hinge are connected by a small chain.
(6) The operator continues to unscrew the screw. So the bolt ends gradually increase. until the nut bracket makes contact with the tail bolt.
(7) Get the slider handle.
(8) Open the flange part of the blind plate.
Close the Quick Opening Closure
(1) Careful and correct closing of the blind will make future operations more likely to succeed.
(2) Using inappropriate tools will cause irreparable damage to the safety chain system.
(3) Never use a hammer to open the blind plate.
(4) The operator should clean the sealing ring very carefully. They are also lubricated with a light oil of the engine oil type. Because using too thick grease will cause leakage under low pressure.
(5) Clean and grease the surface of the gasket.
(6) Lubricate the bolts with grease.
(7) Close the blind flange.
(8) Gradually tighten the stud bolts.
(9) When the 2 nut brackets touch. Promptly stop screwing the bolt.
(10) Do not tighten the bolts with a wrench.
(11) Coat the vent bolts and bolt holes with oil.
(12) Restoring the security block.
(13) Recovery handle.
